friendly service generous amenities quality coffee quiet location
The staff provided friendly service and were always helpful. The room had generous amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The tea and coffee selection was high quality. The location near Holyrood Park provided a quiet retreat, offering easy access to nature and city.

adequate stay
the room was quite spacious. the bed was extra large and very comfortable. the staff are amazing from the front desk to the restaurant. i defy you to find better customer service anywhere else.
they seemed a bit distracted by each other. i asked for another blanket because i was cold. Reception seemed distracted again, so i just used my jumper to keep warm.
