great location safe location fab breakfast missing blanket requested blanket special occasion spoiled expectation
I loved the location! it's near hollyrood park and feels safe with a gate. staff quickly helped me when i left my handbag in a taxi. They found it in minutes! breakfast was fab. I saw that the evening menu looked very good.
The check-in wasn't great. i requested another blanket since i felt cold, but no one brought me one. I ended up wearing jumpers to bed. the hotel asked about special occasions but didn't follow through, disappointing

The staff provided friendly service and were always helpful. The room had generous amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The tea and coffee selection was high quality. The location near Holyrood Park provided a quiet retreat, offering easy access to nature and city.

adequate stay
the room was quite spacious. the bed was extra large and very comfortable. the staff are amazing from the front desk to the restaurant. i defy you to find better customer service anywhere else.
they seemed a bit distracted by each other. i asked for another blanket because i was cold. Reception seemed distracted again, so i just used my jumper to keep warm.
